That's fair enough, but - and I don't include you in this - we've had more than enough "Back us or you're not a proper fan" comments in recent weeks.

Well, I for one agree with his sentiments. No offence has been taken.

I can imagine - and I hate them fans, we arent asking everyone to stop moaning cause we know thats not realistic. I for one have been vocal in wanting McLeish gone. All we are asking is for some positivity for this game....

It's going to be fun anyway.....some will be in fancy dress, some will be dressed to look like Cuellar, some will sing anti McLeish songs, some will have even walked there, some will be boozed up, some won't.

But all of us will be pretty relieved that there is nothing on the game.

The only point that will unite the majority is the fact that b-lose are staying down and we will all join in that song.

Revised lyrics:

Blues went down and they're staying right on down, staying right on down, staying right on down.
Blues went down and they're staying right on down, staying right on down, staying right on down.
 Staying down and going bust.
 Staying down and going bust.
 Staying down and going bust.
 Staying down and going bust.

There are a few participants in Sunday's game that will not be with us next season - in the main, fortunately.

I'm sure that everyone will have some fun, regardless of their attire - blessed relief at the end of a truly painful season. I'm sort of wishing I'd got a ticket for this now.

Have fun.

I have been in fancy dress last away day for the previous 4 seasons, and if I was going I would be again but a combination of finances and refusing to go while 'he' is there since I went Wigan away means I wont be......however if I was, I would certainly get all Spanish and have a bit of banter! Last away day dressing up is a right craic.....although when you get off the bus in town at 09:00 and walk from bull st over to paradise place for a breakfast and a beer prior to catching the train, your not quite as relaxed and very conscious of your apppearnce, unlike a few hours later when your well oiled!

Generally always well recieved by others, and you do get to see some cracking costumes.

We decided on this as its either ANOTHER boring, miserable anti McLeish moan and booo boring that fails to take off.

I know, lets actually NOT be miserable at a game - I know for one or 2 of you who have made comments that is very hard, but its about time we got some positivity
around here.

He is getting a send off as he is an extremely likeable football player, he gave his all when playing for us. EASILY been our best defender this season. CARES about the fans unlike the majority of the team. How he is being let go this summer is beyond most fans.

Its about time our fans had some fun, a laugh and a good time - if the team wont do that on the pitch, then we will do it ourselves.

If you are looking for masks on the day, either tweet me @micsymmonds or PM me here and ill get back to you.

Enough of the McLeish crap, its getting boring now. Fans can sing all day long but we have done enough of that at Bolton and games since. Lets let the players, particularly the young ones and players like Cuellar know that we have one of the best away following in the league.

Some of you really need to get a grip. Killjoys is an understatement

Well said. I would like a couple of masks please.

It shows how low we have stooed when somebody of Cuellars ability is getting this type of accolade. Having said that it's the last day of the season and what else have we got to attach ourselves to so although I couldn't get a ticket I wish all of you a great day in Norwich/Great Yarmouth!!

I need to find my Spanish Flag out that I swapped for my precious St George's Cross, whilst in a drunken stupor in the early hours of the morning in some dodgy bar in Frankfurt during 2006 WC. I still have no recollection of the incident.

The main purpose of Sunday is to sing sack AM.     Will be a funny sight with half the fans in black and the others looking like a scouse Manwell.

At the final whistle he's going to run up to McLeish and kick him in the nuts right in front of the Villa fans.

Why such a fuss over such an average player? A couple of years time and he'll be completely forgotten.
