Much needed 3 points.

Cuellar 1st scorer (if he plays)

1-1 victory - Ireland for us, late Larsson goal for them. Fist pump in celebration from McLeish to the Holte as he leaves the game at the end.

If a point at home to Stoke merited a fist pump, then I reckon a 1-1 win at home to Sunderland will be a recreation of Bob Stokoe running across Wembley with his raincoat and trilby hat.

We will win, I am sure of it.

No idea how, but think we will do it.

If we win, the twat will probably start break dancing in the centre circle.

On O'Neill's face?

Now that would be value for money!

I reckon he'll do a David Pleat if we win.

You'll be delighted to know that I'll be attending my first match since Norwich.

Which I think just happened our last good home performance.

A bag of ferteziler can take Huttons place.

Alternatively, replace him with any pisshead who staggers out of a Wetherspoons at 2.30, you'd never know the difference.

We'd still end up with Hutton in the team. Make it 2:15.

You will be undelighted to know I am also attending with MVJunior. Last few years we have typically gone to a about 3 away (London clubs or Wembley) games and 3/4 home games a season. We have not seen Villa win for about 3 years.

Thought MVJunior needed to experience a "squeaky bum" game.

I'm pretty sure we've got Season Ticket holders who haven't seen us win for 3 years.

Sunderland seem to have hit that phase where MON's teams either run out of steam, or people have worked them out and they don't know what  plan B is.

This one has sterile draw written over it. To be honest, I'd probably take that. We just must not lose.

Me too.

I'd sign up write now to not losing to MON and drawing with Bolton on Tuesday as we wouldn't be relegated on 37 points imo, 38 would be too much for QPR or Bolton to get.

Really embarrassing to be writing that but that is what McLeish does to you after a period of time.
