I want a win of course and think we'll get it but equally I want someone to slice the ball on the volley straight into our former managers bollocks leaving him rolling around on the floor in agony. Hutton here's your chance..... you missed Downing, get this twat and all is forgiven.

Please let this happen.

Just looking at the fixtures for Bolton and Wigan this weekend, winnable, the only one that has a mountain to climb is QPR.

We need to win this, I would say after last night that is crucial.

Just reading some of the posts on this thread, some of the line ups, so,............Drop Gabby, are we really sure about this, do we really want to see the claret and blue boys step out without Gabby, I fully understand about his performances but then again you could point that same finger at just about everybody else, we can't drop them all.

Not sure about this one but we need a win IMO.

Other teams must enjou us scoring as they know from that minute on we are gona just sit back and let them attack !

I see less attempts at kicking it out to touch in a rugby match !

He missed Ashley Young as well.  He deserved to be dispatched over the Stretford End.  It would have been worth a red card and we would have been rid of Hutton as a bonus!

Why not? The Gabby we all know and love runs at defences and scares them with his pace which is what he's best at but in the last 3 games he's not done that. In fact, i'd go so far to say he's been a passenger, he dose'nt even look fit.

I'm hoping the visit from Stan will give them a boost as well as the opportunity to get us 3 points further away from the bottom 3.

1-0 Villa.

Less than 1 in 4 of us thinks we can beat Sunderland who are on the beach (metaphorically speaking) with some awful recent resullts.
That is how low we have sunk.

McLeish does have the air of O'Dreary in his dying days coming out with crap about performances and talking The Villa down at every opportunity.

I thought his tackle on Young, when he was already on the floor, was one of Sunday's redeeming moments.

I think we'll get something out of the game, but lets be honest it'll probably be one point rather than three.

Uninspiring draws against Bolton and Sunderland will probably do to be honest. I'd take that

Narrow defeat, 0-1 and a set piece.
