Simple question, simple poll. I say no. If McLeish is still our manager next season, on the other hand...

I've said 'no' in hope rather than expectation

Surely there's a 75 page thread all about this already?

No, but as another poster said recently 'if I was a fan of another club i'd want Villa to go down'.

I concur with your assessment Legion.
Not because we are any good, but because I genuinely don't think the required three teams below us will get the points they need.

No... which will be a bloody miracle. If 'you know who' is still with us next season i'll be putting money on it to soften the blow.

It is still tight, I dont think BBurn will catch us, they need 8 points from 12. The Wigan BBurn game could be pivotal. 3 points and we are safe

I like new threads for polls though. Maybe we could lock the other relegation thread down now.
Anyhow, I voted yes.

No
But he has bought Given who is a great shot stopper( standard for a goal keeper) who is causing lots of defensive problems by no commanding his area.
He has bought Hutton who is simply terrible
And he has bought N'Zogbia who he has fell out with and not played.
So if he is allowed to buy anyone else next season we will be down.
McLeish simply has to go in the summer.

Pretty much botom of the current form table, one win at home in the last 5/6 months, can't seem to score more than a goal a game at the moment, uncreative, players not bothered, Manager lacks the motivational ability to get the best out of his players. Yes, I believe that we, behind Wolves, are the worst team in the Premier Division. I have been watching since 1976, this is THE worst side I have seen at VP, even worse than Billy's boys in 86.
I think we'll survive this season, just. But are red hot favourites for relegation next season if Lerner sticks with McLeish.
