Craig Leveine may be available soon...is he the only Scottish manager to do a worse job than McLeish?

You forgot Berti McVogts. Actually, McLeish did a decent job with Scotland. Levein is fucking useless.

George Burley.

I am still feeling that after the last game in Norway tonight that might have legs

If anyone cares, it finished 1-1 and Molde currently sit on top of the table.
They only drew ?
So, they don't win every game 7 - 0 nil then ?

He ain't that good then, phew........I think we had a lucky escape.

I'd prefer another year of Mcleish to Redknapp.

Clearly one's a much better manager, but I can't ignore what an absolute c*nt he is.

redknapp openly said in an interview after he had the lighter threw at him in the dug out from trinity road stand when he was managing pompy that he "dont know why they (h)ate me so much at villa" i think we're more than safe on the cockney crook front

Just having a scoutabout on Twitter. Someone I subscribe to reckons Redknapp is having a bit of a contract snarl-up with Spuds - wants a two year extension, Spuds only offering one. Absolutely no Villa link, but I thought I'd try and open a new avenue of bickering.

I wonder if Chelsea might be interested in him?  Freeing up Robbie for the Villa?  No thanks.

Liverpool for Harry

Here's hoping we don't end up with the FA Cup winning, Champions League qualifying, good football playing, High Court case winning "cockney crook".

How awful would that be? I'd much rather carry on with that odd sense of indignation we seem to have about him. What a moral highground that is.

Is that not a bit of a step down for Harry, at the minute? Be an interesting move though!

Harry would be brilliant, and we would play good football. Never happen, but I would love it. Love to hate him, could learn to love him.

I'd be alright with Rednapp coming on board.

by that logic dave lets get king kenny in,
premier league winning, pre premier league title winner times 3, champions league qualifying x4, fa cup winning x2, league cup winning x1
what a great team he would bring in,
i find your defence of people like deputy dog laughable no disrespect but you would gladly take a man who is so suspect the fa even passed him up left Portsmouth in such bad shape they have just dropped into league 1. i dont trust the man and would not want him near villa park, its pointless even discussing it as he hates us almost as much as some of us hate him, oh and whoopdeedo he won a tax evasion cort case hardly the premier league title is it?

heheheh, The silly season has well and truly arrived. I'd bet my house on Guardiola arriving with me as Director of Football before i'd put any money on Redknapp turning up. apart from the fact he's clearly not insane, Spurs have enough trouble getting him to travel to london everyday from his home, so us being near scotland as far as 'arry is concerned would be a slight problerm. I realise no-one actually believes there's a hope in hell of him becoming our manager but even as a moment of theoretical whimsy its daft

Have you seen some of the moments of theoretical whimsy on this thread?!  Or are you trying to hide the fact you put a sneeky quid on Sir Patrick Moore and Professor Brian Cox taking over as Director of footballer and head coach?!
