Di Matteo would be good if Chelsea look elsewhere.

I'm not sure about this approach of intervieiwng a number of candidates.  The traditional way was always to have a replacement manager in mind and go all guns blazing to secure his services.  It always seemed to be settled within a few days of the position becoming vacant.  This approach can make it appear as if they are dilly dallying and not sure  about who or what they want, and they can end up looking a bit daft as candidates pull out for one reason or another.     The Liverpool fans seem to be saying the same sorts of things, so maybe it's a peculiarly American way of doing things.  Still as long as we get a decent manager in the end, I suppose we shouldn't complain.

If Simon Grayson is appointed manager, I'm going to go to a hypnotist to get them to make me forget that I'm Villa a fan, and hopefully then, I can get on with the rest of my life.
It's been a truly shite few years for us.

That's what I meant above.

I bet he's on the list, though.

Me, terrified. If it's Grayson or the like it could be a disaster. If they fuck it up again this year there is no hope.

Good suggestion although with the busy fixture scheduling around Christmas and Easter, I fear his mind may be elsewhere.

There was something to do with gary gardner tweeting to a friend that grayson had been at bodymoor if i remember rightly, also a mention of we may have to wait for our man - they have play off final on sat , id be very disappointed if grayson got the job
