The rank stupidity of Lerner and Faulkner has me sweating over who the next man will be.
I wouldn't put it past those lame brains to appoint Bruce or Curbishley.

I dont think they can be blamed for solksjaer changing his mind,

Not blaming them for that, i'm having a go at the constant balls ups since O'Neill left.

Yes if only Randy had finished his heart surgery course at University, we'd still have Houllier in charge.

Just heard Lamberts interview from last night. He got really defensive when asked about his future, watch this space I reckon.

Its just such a pity in the modern world that all this is played out in real time for everyone to see the stumblings and issues. I was getting info off mates who tweet before even sky sports news had anything

It ridiculous nowadays - i wish everyone would just leave them to get on with it and then we can comment

Betting is changing again, lambert now 100/30 fave, martinez 4/1 grayson 6/1.

The problem with martinez is we would orobably have to wait until liverpool make a decision before knowing if hes still available.

martinez would be a mistake now. He had his chance and him turning up after Liverpool pick a new guy would reek of us being 2nd best. We may be in the pecking order of things but still, after last summer.....no way.

More angrier about being asked about holt as it was drurys testimonial and rightly as lambert said the night was about drury not anyone else- he was not prepared to discuss other things .

Definately doesnt look like a man to mess with or upset though- i would be delighted if we could tempt him here.

Be positive, any of the list above is better than McLeish.

...it's just you remind me of Brian Rix
when you pull down your trousers it sends me in fits...

Havent heard that in years but its in my head for the day now

I can't think of a band name which is less appropriate to the Villa last season: "The Brilliant Corners"

Well Ive just got up and havent got time to go back through the overnight postings. But one thing occured to me. Solskjaer wants to manage in the Premiership and has a clause in his contract that allows him to do this. At some point then he and wife and the kids will have to leave Norway and move to England...agreed?

This doesnt hold up. We will never know of course but its possible Randy didnt offer him the assurances re finance to improve the club or then again the folks at home suddenly offered him a lot more.

Anything is possible. Liverpool could offer him a kings ransom to go to Anfield and he could accept.

However thats in the past and Randy has got to get us a manager.

Ive been with Lambert from day one but the thought of the club appointing Grayson makes me feel sick

Gus Poyet is a progressive talent worth considering.

For anyone considering Hoddle have you forgotten he was at Wolves where he was an unmitigated disaster of McCleish proportions!
