Di Matteo should not be touched with a barge pole. Negative to the extreme as soon as he thinks it will be a tough game.

Chelsea play a similar formation to the McLeish model.  No wingers, pack the midfield.  Boring, although they have better players than Villa to do it.  Doesn't make me want Di Matteo at all. Not the right man for Villa.

I think I might start an account: Agent_KFA.

Too similar to Richard Dunne's. Agent_KFC

From the Villa website.  Sorry if it's already been posted.  I think it's realy good!!  Why wouldn't they want to manage Aston Villa?

Agent_ITK ‏@Agent_ITK
#Villa will start talks with Lambert and his advisors tomorrow, (Sunday). #AVFC #Football #Norwich

I thought Randy had flown back to the States?  Must be coming back tomorrow, unless this is more ITK rubbish.  (not aimed at you Summers!!)

he posted a second time saying talks would begin with Faulkner. So I assume Randy will be back in the week to follow up.

RDM can fuck right off with those tactics.

Unless of course he wins us a trophy doing it.

RDM will probably keep the job now anyway.

They've fluked the Semi and Final though - clearly the better teams lost on both occasions.

He's not at all what we'd want.

Don't rule anybody out. It seems Randy is making yet another pig's ear of it.

As I posted in the OGS thread, I don't think we should be asking several managers to risk damaging their relationships with their current employers, fans and players for a chance at the Villa job.

Hopefully we're not doing so and the stories of interviews with others are bullshit.

Bit harsh to make that judgment at this stage.  If things are still up in the air come Wednesday then yes you could be right.
