Brendan Rogers has turned down Liverpool approach so we can completely rule him out as a possibility

Rodgers is a good guy. He ruled himself out of the Chelsea job when it became available saying he knew it wasn't the time to move, and he's backed that up further by refusing the Liverpool job.

Ole is well odds on now. 1/3-2/7 average. No bet there, then! Mickmac has disappeared from the betting. Lambert 2nd fave up to 13/2 in places. Martinez 10-1 and more. Rodgers still there but 10-1, and up to 33-1, in places. You can get 33-1 on Klinsmann. Done and dusted then???

A lot of Villa fans are gonna make a killing. Gutted I missed the chance to bet when he was in the high 20s.

I actually had a scoop on this and didn't bet. By the time I'd really thought about it the odds weren't worth bothering with.
An opportunity missed (could have bought a new guitar) but, never mind.
