The 'Randy's plane to Norway' and the odds coming in on OGS don't add up to prove anything as one has lead to the other.

However, it's just the sort of left field thinking we've come to expect from Randy when it comes to picking his managers.  I'd imagine and hope he's one of the back-up choices behind Lambert, but he does present an interesting option all the same.
Eggie Ulsen worth scrambling the Lerner plane for.

who was the Norwegan who managed wimbledon and the national team , he wore wellies a lot ?

Just out of interest, is there any confirmation that Randy was actually on the jet?  As in his family might use it aswell and one of them could be in Norway.

Or, as another alternative, does he have any other business interests in Norway that mat take him there?  He spends a day or two in Brum thrashing out the candidates with Faulkner, then pops to Norway for something else while the initial contact is made and we see who is interested, with the intention of being back in a few days for when the interviews take place.

Some idiot on twitter also reckons its OGS as Randy has asked Kilinsmann for his expert advise and put him forward. Just because he's hot a plane to Norway dont mean its gonna be him.

There won't be a DoF. Which I think is a mistake but, so be it.

We only sign managers whose names our supporters can't spell.

Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr now at 8/1 with Ladbrokes.

With Anne Uumellmahaye taking the Eileen Drewery role?

And to think I took the piss out of a Wolves fan for their appointment of a 5 times Danish league winner. And now we could be appointing a youth team coach with one league title win in a division where their only rivals gave up before the season started.

FFS Randy, why the Man U obsession? He MAY become a good manager in time, but it is far , far too early to be giving him a job like Villa.

I was hoping for a new Graham Taylor but I fear this would be the start of the next Graham Turner.

I don't think Lerner will fly to Norway just to check out a non-runner. This might well be it.

I am wondering how I feel about that.

I don't know why that made me chuckle but it did.

Hmm there might be a manager out there on holiday, even if it is'nt exactly a holiday destination. I hope he's gone to Bergen, Bergen's lovely.

You'd think any potential sounding out of interest would have been done over the phone or email, so you're right. IF Randy/Faulkner have gone over to talk to him, then it's at least a semi-serious discussion.

aye. seems daft to even consider him at this stage of his career. I'm not sure i believe it on the basis of Lerner's flight plans though.

the only problem i have with him is he's shrouded in red and white, he's someone elses hero, he's someone elses legend.

i know i'll get over it but it doesnt help
