Voted B.R.('cos he plays nicer football)
but I think we'll get P.L.
He moved to Norwich because he could see it was a bigger club.
that's the reason he will be willing to talk to us(I think)

Just spotted Nigel Pearson at a set of traffic lights in Leicester.

Shit, I once saw Lerner eating a pack of Walkers crisps. Just face it, it's Pearson.

I believe today's special is the Cup of Beans.
Is that delivered to your table by 2 girls? If so I would steer well clear.

I wonder if we will be rivalling Liverpool for any candidates?

Lifted from the pink 'un. I have heard from a very good source that Paul Lambert is talking to Villa today along with assistants. The word is that he has been offered £200,000 more than he gets at Norwich.
Worse. If he goes his first signing could be Holt.
Let's hope it's not a done deal. Come on Delia. If ever there was a time to dig deep it is now.

Another gem from the pink 'un.Alright lads

Aston Villa supporter here. I found a link to this particular thread on one of our forum's.

Just thought i'd inform you that a good friend of mine is in direct contact with Villa chief executive Paul Faulkner as he does a lot of marketing work at the club and Paul Lambert will NOT be the next Villa manager. I'm 100% certain of this and i believe the so called journalist either has been given some wrong info or is simply talking out of his arse!

All the best for next season.

Someone has got to ask this. Why is the Aston Villa chief executive so careless as to share that kind of information with someone who doesn't even work for the club, let alone working on the football side? Leaving aside various other questions, such as if it is known for certain that it isn't Lambert then presumably it is known who it is, and how come the decison has been made when Lerner - who presumably will have the final word - has only just flown in to oversee the process? Love and peace and all that, but..

Hope he doesn't think he's coming to VP.

So the merry go round really starts. You could guarantee he wouldn't make it if they didn't get in the CL. He has spent a boat load of cash and their league displays were awful. Thing is with them, they'll likely get an AVB opr someone with a better reputation than us. I'd be stunned if Martinez ends up there but you never know. I bet Holloway has run into his closet and is giving his Kenny Klan doll mouth to mouth.

Maybe Dalglish resigned in disgust that the FA could be stupid enough to select Carroll & Downing for Euro 2012?!
