The Oracle has spoken............. well she meowed.
I was in the White Horse at lunch time and we conducted a scientific experiment to choose our next manager.
We wrote the names of Lambert, Rodgers and Martinez on pieces of paper and put them on the floor with equal amounts of cat nibbles on each name. We then called Sox the cat in and waited to see which pile of nibbles she went to first, she went straight to Lambert's paper. Just to check that it wasn't a fluke we then removed Sox from the bar and moved the names around and invited Sox back in and she went straight to Lambert again.
I'm not happy with her choice but she obviously knows best.
Anyway if Randy does go for Lambert and it all goes tits up blame Sox the cat.

I am pretty sure Randy and Faulkner used the same method last season only it was Dunne and an assortment of cakes.

Dave Whelan has said there has been no approach from Villa for Martinez
That sounds like an invitation.

Can I be the first to say how disappointed I am with the appointment of the new manager?

I'm underwhelmed.

He's got to go.

That's the spirit.
He's had long enough to turn this club around.

See you in the car park. Bring a banner.

Too right. It's not where he's taking us, so much as where he hasn't come from yet.

He's the wrong man at the wrong time, whenever that is.

I think you lot may be experiencing some of the space/time fluctuations caused by my Sir Patrick Moore/Brian Cox combo at VP....

What, him out of last of the summer wine? Don't think he would be a good replacement for Martinez. ;)
