Put a poll up and let's have some fun with it, and don't forget to include Monty and Johne!

If you provide a sensible selection, I'll happily oblige.

Cheers Sir! People are offering up Paul Lambert, Gus Poyet, Roberto Martinez, Monty & John e or A. Foreigner. How about that? Any others?

The clue is in the word 'sensible'. Lambert, Poyet, Martinez and who else?

I don't know what you're saying Leeg. John and I represent the choice of the future and of the people. You can't cockblock progress.

In all seriousness, how about "Other: Lower Leagues" and "Other: Abroad" options, asking to specify who?

Are those the only three potential options then? How about Rodgers or Benitez? Guardiola even?

I was hoping to make it fun, it's not like the club or anyone are going to pay too much attention to it, but ....

Other names suggested on here (from memory) have been Benitez, AVB and Di Canio.

I won't list Guardiola because that isn't sensible  ;)

Sanchez Flores?  Linked with the post last time.  Even said he was keen when asked about it, the nutter.

Benitez is perhaps realistic but at quite a stretch still, sadly. Guardiola no chance, and other clubs would get there for Rodgers before we did, you'd suspect. Besides, I'm not certain he wants to leave Swansea yet, certainly not for such a potentially problematic job as Villa.

Now that's a good shout.

If people REALLY want another pointless poll, why not just pick the top ten names on Oddschecker for who our next manager will be?

Bob Bradley, Alan Curbishley and Steve Bruce. They're bound to be high up in the betting, which is a depressing thought.
