I thought his comments were fair he did make a few points about our doubts as fans that I agreed with, regarding our setup and style of play and ambition.

The difference with Sir Bri is that he was here as a kid and has always professed his love for the club. That's why he's currently revered so much. To use dave's 30 year thing its more likely McGrath will  be remembered on stats as much as anything.

Brian Little is more of Villa man than Paul McGrath but Paul McGrath is loved more. I love watching Paul McGrath. Can't say the same for Brian Little as I watched Villa since 1981 missing his era.

I don't reckon that Lord McGrath is loved more than Sir Brian. But as you said SPA you missed his era so you are forgiven ;)

I am fortunate enough to know Sir Brian now - through football coaching locally.

Some people say don't meet your heroes , you will be disappointed - they are wrong - he is an absolute gentleman and villa through and through.
