I just don't get how the Bears keep on doing it. I had us down or relegation certainties last year and though that our inishing position may have been a flash in the pan by we seem to be doing I again this year even without our two most potent bowlers.
We always seem to be deep in the mire in games but 1 or 2 batsmen, different each time, seem to pull us through. All credit to Ashley Giles for the ethos he seems to have installed in our players.
I was also unaware that Keith Barker is an ex professional footballer. It's good to see a cricketer of Afro Carribean descent coming to the fore again.
