I feel sorry for those who spent a fortune watching us home and away the last couple of seasons.

I salute and hold in the highest esteem each and every one of those brave souls.

Looking at one of the lads in the stand where the Villa fans are, shoulders down and cringing, void of any emotion but holding on to the thought he's done his best for the club in spending good money to support his team. lerner F**king learn and compensate them right now you cheating mother.

Woke up with an awful surprise today - have Chickenpox.
Compounded by Heskey being nominated to play and then this inept crap.
I suppose Oo Eck is just preparing them for the real job when he pays back Fergie for nominating him for the job. When a competitor recommends a fellow professional for a job it is because they don't think they are up to it.Remember Appy Arry nominating Tony Adams

So, I took my dog for a walk because I really couldn't be arsed to watch today. Before coming on here I thought I'd check the BBC site for the score and stats. I had a fear it could be bad. But fuck me. We may as well just handing them a white flag in the tunnel and saved everyone the trouble. This kind of utter bollocks does my head in to no end.

I'm honestly at the point of jumping on the get this fucker out bandwagon. Not sure how much more I can take of this.

Ellis wouldn't have hired Mcleish or put up with this if he had.

The players need some inspiration at half time, somebody needs to get hold of Randy's spunk splattered letter from Alex Ferguson.

Have we decided to come out for the second half?

Heskey has contributed the (square root(x+c)) - 1, where x = fuck all and c = the dopey twat that picked him.

this isn't the reason we are losing, though. There are too many players out there who aren't good enough.

Chipsticks is quiet, he was looking for a stream earlier. I wonder if he found one and threw himself in?

Absolutely.

He certainly wouldn't have gushed in the media like a love struck teenager about letters of recommendation from Alex Ferguson.

I'm actually glad Lerner's not media friendly, the last interview was cringeworthy.

I was in my local town earlier and this woman was talking to her friend chatting away, she had her dog, a sausage dog on a lead, you know the kind, this big German Sheppard comes over and tries to give it one, while it was on the lead, woman didn't do a thing carried on talking while her little black and tan sausage was getting a right seeing to.

You will be able to measure the level of the manager' negativity very soon.   Any half or even quarter decent manager would make changes at half time.   He should bring on Bannan Weimann and Gardner for the whole of the second half but he will not.   His first substitution will come at 60 minutes when they score their fourth goal then at 75 minutes and Weimann will come on in the 88th minute.

He is a percentage player and my guess is that Lerner has offered him a survival bonus which he is determined to get regardless of all other considerations.
