Good comments, crap questions as usual! I wanted them to ask Paul Lambert about leadership on the pitch given how many young players we have.  I guess the enthusiasm and workrate is what Lambert will be looking for and will make up for any lack of leadership. That said, Vlaar, Bent, Al Alhmadi, Given can provide it and as Dave Woodhall said earlier, we can always buy a couple of older heads in January.
