The Sky presenters must have fluffers under the desk just so they are ready to go full throttle when something actually happens. Because fuck all happens for a long time.

I can imagine that guy outside Bodymoor Heath shuffling about and crossing his legs for hours.

Then as soon as he thinks 'sod it' and legs it off into the bushes a Range Rover with Sturridge sitting in the back goes whistling by.

I agree, Toronto, he's a very good player but in addition to my earlier reservations I've a feeling he's a Nose which puts me off even more.

This Sturridge? Not convinced at all by him.

And why is Mark Hughes driving a mini estate? Really?

because he is a complete wanker? Just a theory

Whatever way you look at it, why on earth would any decent player choose us over Liverpool. Take the villa fan glasses off for a minute, its pretty obvious.I just hope the guys we bring in can get up to speed nice and quick otherwise it's going to be a worrying season!

Sturridge lived in B32 when he was a young kid and he played for us at academy level before moving away. Can't say for sure but I don't think he's a Nose, if he is I would probably would of heard of it.

And we'll be facing a trapdoor of our own if we don't get at least 2 experienced players in.

Ahh, what a programme that was.  "Cos there's something doooowwn there!"

Good for him. He can now play in a league where giving the ball away on a regular basis doesn't hurt you as much

it's two games, so I'd read nothing into that. Liverpool have one more point than us. He's got a fucking boner for Liverpool so he'll end up there because his lying agent likely told him they're in the CL. Probably been talking to Downing's agent.

You can learn a lot from looking at the squad as it stands, though, it is woefully weak.

I remember seeing an interview with him, where he professed a love of Arsenal as a boy. So I'm pretty sure he's not a Nose, other than having family links.

NRC perfect example of a greedy footballer who thinks he is better than he is.

He's just biding his time, waiting for that late swoop from a Spanish/Italian giant later on tonight.  Don't actually expect him to sign for Forest.
