Dawson, Adam and Doyle would be good business. They'd beef the team up and give us a few experienced bodies until players such as Gabby and Albrighton are fit again.

As things stand we lack a lot of beef, have a small squad and lack experience. I'd feel much safer we got even two of the above names in.

Also I wouldn't particularly want Adam, part of the reason Rodger's wants to get rid is a lack of mobility. If we're going to having a passing midfield we need mobility, which was evidenced when KEA moved further forward on Saturday.

Whilst we're at it what's Balaban up to these days? Reo Coker was bad enough but Maloney! He was so homesick for Glasgow he ended up playing for Scottish league side Wigan.

I think Randy is well and truly borassic lint. We will have another 3 months of 'make do' with what we've got and then in desperation buy the likes of Carroll around Xmas. I was so optimistic before the start of the season but now I see the ghost of 'Eck rising over the Witton End while we try to match his record of magnificent glorious draws again. You can't win with journeymen!
