No thanks Holt did well this season, but he's getting on and I don't think he's very good.

I'm hoping, if Solksjaer is going to be appointed, he'll have his eye on some technically sound, gifted, disciplined, committed, hungry and cheap (transfer fee and salary) Scandinavian players.

Yep,you'd imagine he'd have a lot of the northern europe leagues covered. Does anyone know if Numan is still our scout.

Holt also seems a bit full of himself. Hopefully he's off to Liverpool.

He's certainly full of something, he's a bit of a fat bastard innit.

Holt and Carroll together, what an exciting prospect. Can't see it. Spurs would be my guess.

Don't think he's good enough for Spurs. Depending on who Liverpool get, he might not be good enough there either. Someone like AVB will want someone younger and more technically gifted.

If we get Lambert, I'd take Holt, because he'd suit our side. If we get Martinez, Rodgers or OGS, then he's not for us. And yes...he's a fat bastard.

I like Holt a lot, 16 goals is not bad going for his first season up in the Prem. I did'nt realise he was 31 though.

I suppose there's a Holte connection with Holt isn't there? Anyway, last i heard on R5 Norwich had flatly rejected said request. I wonder who's tapping him up!

Only worry about Holt is, Marlon Harewood scored 14 goals in his first full EPL season. He was quickly worked out after that.
