I would sack him now and allow a caretaker to take over to the end of the season. They cannot be any worse than McLeish. He is the cancer of football.

The mentality and obvious lack of footballing preparation they do lead to a lack of confidence and a tendency to hide on the pitch. Players need training, help, off-field preparation. There is little evidence of this at Villa.
