Franks massively condescending to Albion fan Terry tonight.

Terry obviously didn’t understand why he couldn’t get DAB commentary’s on his radio.

“Have you got a DAB radio Terry?, you need a DAB radio”

Followed by the fellow getting his words mixed up and calling Wolves boss Nemo not Nuno. Franks straight on it laughing  “did you call him Nemo, you mean Nuno?”

By the sound of it he’s an older gentleman and isn’t in great health. He certainly didn’t need to be spoken down to like that.

What makes it doubly annoying is that Terry has been a mainstay of their phone-in for decades. He's an absolute gent, a lovely man and a genuine football supporter.
