I wonder if WM noticed we beat them without the spine of our team ie Guzan,Vlarr, and Benteke, plus regulars Hutton and Cissko

Or Vullarr as Franksy insists on calling him.

So the Yacob sending off was a Guildford 4 level miscarriage of justice but Grealish's doesn't merit any comment beyond the fact that it happened. Hmm.

I don't remember them being that dominant in the first half.  They started pretty well, but I thought by the half way stage of the half we had got a decent foothold in the game, although we kept giving the ball away.  They had the one real chance in the first half, but we had far more in the second period and I don't think our dominance in the second 45 is reflected at all in that piece.

Classic Albion revisionism and I'm sure by the end of the week the narrative will be that they were the better side who created all the chances and the red card changed the game.

Yes. They were the better side for about 20-25 minutes but only had one real sniff after that.

On first viewing it looks nothing, but watch his right foot scrape down Bacuna's knee when you see it from behind.

The snidely twat.

No wonder he didn't tweet for 16 hours. All that bitterness must have taken it out of him.

They'll probably not cover it and go with Crewe v Walsall live instead.

Totally agree Richard.  They were totally blown away in the second half, mainly due to their lack of pace in midfield and at the back.  They were well beaten, but they can't accept that so it all has to be about Yacob's red card and the pitch invasion.  Some idiots I've seen on Twitter are trying to save face by claiming that they "ran Villa at their own ground", while also condemning the pitch invasions in the same message.
