I love the Villa always have and always will I respect the players and the Chairman even the catering staff and the groundsman. Lets even include the turnstile operators and the window cleaners. The ball boys do a great job and the st john ambulance do a cracking job as well. Think I have covered most people there and I do believe not one bad word has been mentioned?

You are showing commendable restraint. How long can this continue?

Wahey my first compliment from a moderator. I will and can compete with the best. I am an honest bloke who if he thinks he has a point to make and an opinion to give then I will. The whole point of a forum is to express yourself. No opinion should be mocked.

DC5 is not a moderator either. I don't know what your beef is with the mods. You see yourself as some sort of champion of the liberal world of free speech, until someone disagrees with you and then you start to get abusive and TYPE IN CAPS. Free speech for all unless I don't like what you're saying, basically.

He's not letting the establishment put him in an emotional prison. Give it to The Man, Dazzy.

Someone once suggested Delph should be tried at centre back.  Now THAT was an opinion that not only deserved, but was also crying out to be mocked!!

I'm no moderator. Unlucky.

I don't mean to cast aspersions, but Private Eye magazine did once find that BBC Radio 5 had 'on-call' members of the public they could rely on, should they not have the right quota of callers. I'm not saying anything, but it does happen.

Of course it does - in just the same way a lot of the letters that appear in newspapers and magazines are written by the sub-editor or other staff (H&V excluded of course), often to provoke some follow-up material. but more often to fill space because nobody else has bothered to write in.

I do not expect anyone to question my support for the club. What gives someone the right to think that?

Yet you questioned my support for the club because I lived in a different city. You also questioned my support for the club because I don't have a season ticket.

Is it only you that is allowed to question someone's support for the club?

Thing is Daz, nobody minds you having an opinion. They just take issue with you monotonously typing the same turgid, nonsensical tripe on every thread.

There is no rhyme or reason to your debating. McLeish is a prick and is responsible for every ill ever is your stock position on everything.

It gets very wearing.

Generally people who call everyone who disagrees with them a moron tend not to last very long. I think it was that which did for you Dazzy, rather than the mods not liking what you had to say.

The irony seems to have been lost on Jazzy B.

Assuming that his new moniker denotes his location, shouldn't he really be supporting Smethwick FC?

And how can someone from Yam-Yam land afford a season ticket at Villa, aren't they all on benefits in Dugley and Smerrick?

Listeners to WM must be tired of life.

I can't remember a time when I've tuned into that station that I haven't been bored shitless.

If they're anti-Villa, it's because they're trying desperately to get listeners and callers - standard tactics of shockjock/TalkSport stations everywhere.

I used to like the George Gavin/Tom Ross days - Gavin was great at the wind-up and taking the piss out of Ross; and Ross trying to be the voice of reason.  We also used to have some decent Sports Forums.  Do they still do those these days?

I listen to WM every Sunday morning because Steve Wright's Lovesongs radio show makes me bilious. Last Sunday there was a woman going on at length about Marmalade making which was probably the worst radio since the Hindenburg crashed.

When the interview was over they played Bob Marley's Jammin'.

She'd bought over 120 Seville oranges and I'm now on medication.

I'd have called such a show "Jam'll fix it"...with Jammy Seville (Orange).

Hmmm.... *gets notepad... set's fire to it*
