actually quite enjoyed that. proper game of football. shocking 1st half from us. only person who would have enjoyed that was warnock. much better 2nd half. have we stumbled upon a tactic, take out the opposition midfield and pounce?

Thank you Keano. Two great goals, second was sublime. Gardner played very well.. Clark proved to me he isn't a left back. He's a midfielder. Great when he moved into midfield.

Not a great performance by any means, but a good win.

Fair play Robbie, that will likely be worth at least one place in the table meaning he's about paid-off the investment in him already.

Good game but need to be more clinical especially if the opposition in the last 10 play with one defender, we should of been home and dry.

Only saw the last 15. Red card presumably crucial?

They said Gardner was excellent, although I didn't see him do much in the part I saw. Looked confident enough. Keane looked about as sprightly as Pires! But great goals though!

Weimann looked either nervous, or a bit shit!!

I thought Collins and Dunne looked good from what I saw. Clark generally good in midfield. Petrov looked absolutely out on his feet!

Wonder if we'd have won if Frimpong hadn't gone off.

That was the turning point of the game!

Entertaining game and great finishing by Keano!

Fair play to Keane. 2 terrific goals, that no one else in our squad would have scored.

Gary Gardner is a very good player at 19, and deserved to start. We looked better balanced with him, Clark and Petrov together.

Bent and Gabby can't play together very effectively.

Warnock did ok after he had settled, but was lucky to stay on.

Frimpong and Kightly are quality, and if Wenger wants to let him go in the summer we should be in.

That was very entertaining to watch, even neutrals would have enjoyed it.

We played well for 15 minutes, looked comfortable where Wolves looked scared, then inexplicably we just stopped playing. Cue 30 minutes of them running at us at will, really piss poor stuff.

Better in the second half, but the key moments were Frimpong (who bossed the first half) going off and that fucking cretin Henry getting a red card.

What a stonker of a goal from Keane.

Great result, and that is much more important than the performance. Actually looking forward to MOTD for a change. The QPR game will be huge for both teams now! Come on Villa, keep it going!

Gotta say, a midfield with Gardner and Clark in has to be our future. Whether them alone, or with a third. They're both fantastically talented players.

We were abysmal for 20 minutes in the second half.  As bad as Spurs/Swansea etc.  Second half better.  When are we going to put in a performance for 90 (or 98) minutes?  We have some exciting players and some players that just aren't good enough.

If we're going to play like that, Petrov needs a rest and we need to replace James Milner.
