As things stand, we are 4 points off 17th place.

It's not so much that that concerns me, as the momentum of the way things are currently.

The Chelsea game was the most important moment. McLeish even said, it means nothing if we don't win against Swansea. Since we have drawn, luckily after the first half display, against Everton, lost to Swansea, and losing today. Hes gorra go!

Yep I agree, I was prepared to give him a chance after the Arsenal game. However since Chelsea we have been fucking dire.

I know we're losing here and were diabolical against Swansea, but I think that position is slightly false thanks to the teams that we played over the christmas period.

We really need to make a change to the way we're set up. Keane is the obvious candidate to come off as he hasn't been involved at all and we are badly losing the battle in midfield, an extra body in the middle would help us out massively.

Albrighton's not been too effective but i can still see him getting one or two decent balls in. I feel sorry for Clark, he had a couple of decent passes going forward but has been totally exposed by the midfield and Gabby, and his lack of experience in that position has been exposed.

I agree that Frimpongs greater athleticism is telling at the moment. It's not something that any of our midfield options gives us to be fair apart from Gardner maybe.

Surely we must have changed something at HT?

Keane, Albrighton and Petrov would all be no great loss. We need to get another body into the midfield. McLeish's tactics have been awful today and no mistake. He seems to have tried to accomodate as many attacking players as possible without any thought to team shape.

The midfield has offered no support to the back four. We have nobody covering Clark and neither Petrov nor Gardner are effective defensive midfielders exposing the defence badly.

Clark has been solid in MF.  A sensible manager would have dropped warnock for Carlos.   But we have mcfucwit.
