Heskey though - FFS.  I just hate seeing him in a Villa shirt.  I hate watching him as a player, and as a team when he's playing we always revert to being shite, lumping balls up to the big useless lummox.  His final day in a Villa shirt can't come soon enough.

Absolutely agree.

I'm sure he's a lovely guy etc etc, but the fact we pay a player this utterly shit that much money makes me feel sick. I can't wait till we move him on somewhere.

Actually I think they'd rather deal with Heskey than Bannan, they're going to find it easier to match us physically than technically.

I've got ESPN HD streaming from liveonlinefooty.com through my Apple TV and it's probably the best quality stolen football I've ever enountered.

Interviewer: "What's your game plan?"

Rovers boss: "To try to keep the ball and pass it around"

That's us fucked, then.

Come on Risso, you hate everything about the Villa at the moment.

Good use of the word 'lummox' though.

There's absolutely no doubt whatsoever that this is our year.

It's not all the performance issues, Heskey was mocked and ridiculed by the Villa fans and suddenly we are expected to engage reverse gear and make a hero of him.   Emile Heskey represents in many ways the forerunner of appointing Alex McLeish and the attitude of the board who regard the feelings of the fans as immaterial.   Give them a flag and they will stand for anything.   Cannot wait to see the back of him.

Sounds like 442 to me with Bent playing off Heskey.

It would be typical if Heskey played well today and scored a couple of goals.
