It's not as if N'Zogbia's been any better for us than Downing's been for Liverpool. its certainly not sour grapes from me, i never thought he was any good before we bought him, he did nothing to change my opinion when he was here, and is performing at his normal level of crapness at Liverpool.you can check back through my post history, i've never had a good word to say about him.if we saw the best of Downing last year, then his best is overated hype in my view, i do agree with you re N'zog though, he has been patheticaly useless for most of the season, although the last few games there has been some improvment, however the one small crumb of comfort that i hold out for with N'Zog is that his best for Wigan i believe is better than Downings best for Villa [last season] so if both players ever play again to there maximum, then we have the better player.
Superb at bringing the ball forward. Not much else after.
