Shhh, the 5 year plan didn't exist (even though the General referred to it several times..).

Just got in (playing 'catch up' on the old Sky+) and have watched the goals a couple of times. It really is very poor defending indeed, there is nothing there from Liverpool that should be causing any half-decent defense any trouble. One sloppy goal and you can understand it, but it's happening again and again and again. Not to change things, or to see any sign of improvement in that area, only points to poor coaching and management, in my opinion.

And now I have to go and get the tree out of the attic.

Fonz should have hit the target.

When does Fonz ever hit the target?

How long is he going to be a "promising youngster" before we admit he's just a bit crap.

this is like watching one of those videos where you know the kid is going to hit the guy in the junk with the bat.
Even though you know it is coming, and you know it is going to hurt and make you cringe, you can't look away.

I feel like I am just waiting for the next goal...

To be fair Bent has missed a lot much easier chances than that this season from Fonz, who with Zog has looked at least bright and able to keep the ball.

Trying to think of the last time heskey looked useful. Maybe spurs last year before he came off injured?

Either then or when he played at VP for Leicester.
