doing ok at the moment. Let's try and keep it down a bit, though, as the goal difference might come back to haunt us. A win last week and a loss here, is better than two draws.

They have just said on TV that we had 7 defenders marking 3 forwards for the 2 goal, but because we do zonal marking nobody takes up the reponsibilty to track a player, so he just gets a free header!

Heskey , fonz and delph have been extremely shit and the rest just very shit , barring nzogbia who has at least shown some quality.

I know Mcleish has threatened it before, but surely changes need to be made defensively.

The amount of soft goals we concede is unreal.

That's the thing though. Until he actually does the current defensive bollocks will continue. The current players have almost no fear of losing their place. It breeds complacency. The last time this group of defenders were criticized or dropped they tore up a hotel.

Poor at best.  The only minor plus for me has been Albrighton, who has put in a couple of decent balls, think the fact he's touched the ball in the opposition half is a plus in itself.

Actually it was Hutton who should follow Skrtl, but he looks down, then up and he is in front of him. Lack of concentration IMO. (like all other corners).

The first i think there were 3 defenders without a red shirt on the far-post...shocking

I couldn't even be arsed to pay £2 for an illegal stream. A quick look at the HT scores on the BBC site confirmed that my anal lethargy was not unjustified.

Downing has been playing unusually well.

dont think so. bellamy on the other side has been far more lively I think. Liverpool arent even playing that well but we are so crap they dont have to.

there is one thing mcleish could do to improve things. let heskey leave on a free transfer at half time. honestly we play with 10 men when he is on the pitch.

But harsh to blame one - when the whole setup is not right...hmm..correction - blame one! McLeish!

Giving the ball away again - from CB, twice.
