What I want the kit to look like and what it will look like if I designed it. It may have checks but I cannot see where we would put them unless it is the same as this season or last season.

Give West Ham white socks and we'll have blue socks.

Marshall that is Superb, just maybe a slight tweak stick a thin blue line in the middle of the claret band on the sleeve. I know its too late but your designs should of been sent to Macron. I just hope the checks are gone, the last two kits have been awful because of them. I just hope these 'fans' that discussed the final design, are not the same fans who helped create the monstrosity of the Villa badge. We will be very disappointed  if they are.

The Villa badge was the sole creation of Mr. Lerner, Sir.

With the aid of a thoroughly democratic poll. Oh yes.

When you spend the amount he did on on the club he's allowed a couple of pet projects and up until the last 18 months it was the only thing I think he'd got wrong... now the badge is the least of our worries.

That's great! What does it say?

Well, with the aid of Google translate, it's all very positive.  I think some of the people are suggesting Lazio and Fiorentina might be signing up too (I might be wrong on that score).

Questa sì che è una notizia! Speriamo che ci facciano fare una bella figura: l'Aston Villa è un club importante e non sarà facile fare meglio dei lavori Nike.

This means that is news! We hope that we will make a nice figure: Aston Villa is a major club and will not be easy to do better work Nike. (Translated by Bing)

And lots of other positive stuff, including a nod to the European Cup winners.

Grande Macron. Sarebbe bello se reinterpretassero le maglie dell'Aston Villa campione d'Europa esattamente 30 anni fa.

Great Macron. It would be nice if reinterpretassero Aston Villa shirts European champion exactly 30 years ago.

Mi fa piacere che Macron sia diventato sponsor tecnico dei Villans.
Macron ormai è il miglior brand italiano di sportswear
I'm glad that Macron has become the technical sponsor of Aston Villa.
Macron is the best Italian brand of sportswear.

It looks to me like Macron have two types of cut to their tops.  One is the loose fitting kind of top that Leeds, Sheff U etc. have.  The kit they make for Napoli seems to be a bit more fitted - and, in my opinion, looks better for it.  Is there any way you can knock up a mock kit with that fitted, continental kind of look?  Thanks if you can.
