This year:                Villa  P14;  W3;  D7;  L4

Except we are out of the Carling Cup so actually worse off.

Blues were pretty much OK last year until they won the cup and then suffered a 'hangover' of sorts and got sucked in.  That is still McLeish's fault, but 16 points from 14 games is not relegation form.
