This time last year: Blues P14; W3; D7; L4
This year:                Villa  P14;  W3;  D7;  L4

Except we are out of the Carling Cup so actually worse off.

and Blues fans were talking about the european places yet we're all talking about relegation! go figure.

Blues were pretty much OK last year until they won the cup and then suffered a 'hangover' of sorts and got sucked in.  That is still McLeish's fault, but 16 points from 14 games is not relegation form.
