He was crap at Blues, and he is crap here. The only remote chance he had was to be given a big transfer budget and hope that he signed a decent two or three players. That hasn't happened, and two of the three players he has signed aren't of the level required. There is nothing I can see from either Lerner or McLeish that gives cause for optimism at all. The whole club from top to bottom is an absolute shambles.
I agree with Risso. The guy is crap and it wont get any better - I hope it does so he can prove all us doubters, wrong! It just wont happen though. My mate who is a hardcore Nose has said to me that we need to get rid of him as it will not get better. Everything he is saying now was said at the sty and look where they ended up? The board got all horny about the fact he won a cup but there was an element of luck involved, I mean, look at the winning goal for god sake!

I have a strong feeling we will be under new ownership by the end of the season.

Am i right in thinking he paid somewhere in the region of £63m? Im sure the club is valued much higher than that now so he would get some return on his investment
What do you base that on? It's only a couple of weeks since Lerner gave an interview to say he was still as committed as ever and still ambitious. What has given rise you your 'feeling' to the contrary?

Regardless, I think he should just about break even which considering some of the decision making and the luck he had could be a satisfactory return.
