If the board fail to comply, we should take it to the next level. We deserve better than this (I'm not saying we deserve to be the best, just the way we've been shut out this summer like we were nothing) and we shouldn't allow them to carry on being this arrogant.
I was writing when you made that comment about me rutski. You will be hard pressed to find any comment of mine in which I said we were worse than the side which went down to the third division. If you believe that 9th did not flatter us you probably thought the home game against Wolves last year was a good result.
Are people still going to be blaming Martin O'Neill in 10 years time? Sadly I think the answer is yes.

Some of the comments in this thread make me think we'd have been better off doing a Newcastle and getting relegated. At least it might have injected a bit of interest and appreciation back in some fans if we'd been out of the league for a year. It's now clear why us and Everton appear to be the most grumpy fans at the moment as we've both been here the longest with nothing to shout about. Yet we've performed far better than most that's ever graced this division. I fear us and them are the 1st in a host of teams whose support will become increasingly down and eventually detached if things go on the way they are.
