Deeerrr Baaaaggggiiieeesss seem up for the game, and the vibes from players and fans is to go all out for a win. It is hard to discern from the team what the vibe is from Villa. After last weeks performance, not just the result, is it a good thing or bad thing to be playing a derby in your next game.

When was the last time they won at VP? something like 1979?

I hate it when a team hasn't won at VP for years as it means they are due a win - see wolves last season

I hate it when I read those type of stats. Especially as for most of the time period quoted, we weren't even in the same division as the team we are about to play.

We were up until 1985

Even if they were in the fizzy pop for most of it I reckon it is about 12 games at home to them undefeated

I couldn't give a shit wether or not its boring to be honest, its one of those games that the fans love to win and I'm not even too bothered about the performance. Get the 3 points and be done with it. Beating a lesser team in their cup final!

A typically nervy 2-1 win.
