'Focused on staying cancer-free'? Not having a go at you, Footy, more the writers, but what the fuck does that mean?

In other news, the king has made the decision to avoid setting himself on fire, where possible.

No chance, he has staff to avoid setting him on fire, he can't be expected to do that sort of thing on his own.

I dunno, I met him once at a public event* and as soon as he saw the flamethrower I was carrying, he shit himself.

Coward.

*there's no photo or video evidence of my meeting him that I'm aware of, but my Mom was sad enough to watch the Midlands Today footage and send me a still of about 30 seconds after I met him, with me in the background while he pretended to listen to some children.

He clearly wanted to get back to me, because everyone else said variations on "pleasure to meet you, your royal highness."

I said "alright?"

Keepin' it real.

He's clearly planning to use those kids as a human shield.

Can you blame him though? Rory looks very determined to set off that flamethrower.

Without a doubt.

He seemed like quite a nice guy (and I pride myself on my ability to spot cunts within 10 seconds). But of course there was hidden evil.

These overlords don't get where they are without deceiving people.

I'm no good with technology, Percy. What can I say?

I feel you mate. We’ve got a new machine at work and I was so chuffed when someone on another shift told me they’d broke it. I’ve had to learn to use lots of them over the years and I always hate that process.

Granted, a flamethrower to burn parasites with is something I could get behind, if I could get away with it.

Haha same. I'm still struggling with my train ticket app. I'm no regicidal martyr.

I have to get Wifey to buy match tickets for me these days. Whereas years ago I was brilliant at queueing up overnight at Villa Park, or knowing when I had to go to Cyclops Records in town for Jam tickets. The world has moved on and left the likes of us behind mate.

Edit, no offence, I know you’re much younger than me.

I'm with you mate. Life is so much more difficult now, having to do everything online. Absolutely useless and killed a British tradition of queuing.

Spot on pal.

Saw my wage slip for the first time in about six months the other day. They’re on an app now that the company had to send people in to show the workforce how to access. Most people came out saying ‘I saw my wage slip, but I doubt I’ll remember how to access it again next month’.

Getting behind it is the best place to be.
