We need to stop blaming individuals here, we have a midfield who should be very good when we have the ball, they can all pass and are all comfortable on the ball.

That none of them are doing this can only suggest that the game plan is keep our shape tight and make sure that if we lose the ball we've got the bank of 4 and 5 in place and are hard to pass through.

The lack of football on display is, in my opinion, 100% down to managerial and coaching decisions.  We saw 3 1/2 seasons of the shit down the road trying to not concede and hope they took the 1-2 chances they got in a game, that tactic has been copied verbatim to Villa and we now experiencing the joys of playing in such a restrictive system.

Bannan, Nzog, Ireland and Delph in particular will never shine whilst we're playing this shit.  To try playing a style that doesn't suit 4 of the 5 players you've started shows a complete lack of understanding of tactics that is pretty breath-taking considering this is a guy who has managed internationally.

This has sneaky smash and grab away win written all over it. 0-1. Albrighton 90. This is definitely going to happen.

if thats the best we can dish up, I really, really fear for us this season.

I have already accepted we are in a relegation battle and I truly think we will be. Once you've done this, you start to see the grimmest of grim defensive shut outs as quite positive....

Did you want Lerner to fuck off in January or any previous month since he joined us?

Just when it became clear he didn't want to invest any more and he started selling off our best players without us actually replacing them.

Were like a newly promoted team thats never been in the top flight, we've got a manager who's only aim is to avoid defeat, that may have been ok at Birmingham but it sure as hell won't do here, its embarrasing.

Delph is useless as usual. Bring on Gardner.

When did Barcelona move to West London and start wearing blue and white hoops?

For fuck's sake we're playing QPbastardR not Barcelona and we have absolutely no desire to go and try to win the game and we've settled for a point before a ball has been kicked. Given will be done for time wasting at some point.

We're woeful, truly fucking dire. If Y'Zogbia is worth close on £10m then I'm worth £5m. We're shit, truly shit. No passing, no movement. We get a throw in and just chuck it down the line and lose possession.

What do the coaches and players do all week. Songs of Praise is looking a better option at the moment.

Cannot believe that Ireland is being singled out for criticism by some.  How many attacking midfielders can do anything when their team can't get the ball?  Petrov and Delph have been far more anonymous so far.

We are very very dull to watch.  No wonder the QPR fans took the piss.

All accompanied by the patronising nasal Mancunian whine and footballer's grammar of that arch tosser Gary Neville which makes it even worse than it is...
