FAO Gabby's detractors

No pleasing some people. :(

Thats a bit unfair, he has been a bit crap today and the fact he scored a goal in the 85th min does not excuse the poor display up to then.

Barry Horne on the commentary really is terrible, it's some of the most biased shite I've ever heard outside local radio.

Fucking ell - what are you doing!????

Please elaborate.

Defence is all over the shop.  Given came out of his box, missed the ball and the Everton forward just slid it wide.

Gabby hasn't been crap, he just isn't a wide player.

Spot on this is our leading scorer who's being played out of position not just week after week but now season after season.

I hate when I make a twat of myself on the match thread by ranting away in a long post only to discover we've scored in the meantime!

One Randy Lerner, there's only one Randy Lerner..........
I take full credit for Gabbys goal, I called his display today gash...

Yup, I went back to see if anybody else had egg on face and there you were! Who shall we criticise now? Fuck sake Ireland when will you ever justify your wages....useless mercenary *fingers crossed*

Gabby did what Bent hasn't managed to do all afternoon.
Neither have played particularly well but one of them scored. Good enough.
