First thing first.
I had Everton down to get this one, but never in a million years did I think Villa would look so utterly friggin boring, I thought Everton would have some spunk about them with all the crap that's going on, but they haven't even got that, and still they are beating us....................Why!!!?
?
What is Darren Bent doing ffs, what is N'Zogbia doing and why the phuk is Agbonlahor so wide left waiting for long balls and spending 90% of the half getting back to defend, seriously if I was Gabby i'd phuk the manager of and just come inside and get in there with Bent.
I said Everton before the game, this game is soooo boring it has to be a draw, both teams are crap

So what would you change at the break?
Other than Given and Dunne the 9 players!

4-4-2 for me. Bent is isolated.
I'd also put Makoun on for Petrov, but you know...
This really is poor, there aren't even any options on the bench really. I wouldn't trust Marc to make a difference now.

The problem is not so much that they appointed McLeish but the fact that they failed to back him. I'm not so sure he would have made such a big play of giving players like Warnock a second chance had he actually been given the money to replace them. We've needed a defensive midfielder for years but we did not try to get one and instead went for the cheap option of borrowing a mediocre midfielder who is neither good defensively nor good in an attacking sense instead and even then this was done at the expense of getting rid of a player whom most of us would have kept.

Tony Hibbert is possibly the worst right back in the premier league.
Need to bring Albrighton on and tell him to run at him.

Oh, and while we're making changes I'd also like McLeish replaced with Benitez.
