We've played some good stuff the last 5 or 10 minutes, although a bit toothless. I'd say the formation is about right, but that midfield is asking for trouble in my view.

are we watching the same game?

Um, I think so - some decent passing, better movement off the ball, and the defensive shape seems to be holding. Oh, and a goal too!

1-1 HT. Is anyone on a non-AVTV stream that isn't pausing every 10 secs?

I really can't see the point of Heskey.
He has contributed absolutely nothing.

One thing I do like about Woodward is that at half time he just fucks off for a bovril or whatever foreign muck they drink over there, and gives us a break.

I can't, either. He's rubbish and has been pretty much since day one. The sooner he's off our wage bill, the better.

Going completely against what everyone seems to be saying on here.

I think we've played well, Makoun and Petrov both very good.

I also think Heskey's done pretty well whilst being played completely out of position, but that won't stop people calling him a useless waste of space etc.

I still want to sell him mind.
