QuotePaul Ince was sitting four seats directly in front of me at the Liverpool Philharmonic as we both witnessed the legend that is Bobby WomackThis is very off topic but yesterday I read a review of one of Bobby Womack's recent gigs where he was so tired at the end of the show that he took his microphone into the dressing room and sang his encore from a seat in there.

Most if not all of the footballers on this thread are not here to defend themselves.None of the others are ex-Villa players accused of fighting in a car park.

For another, it's not a very pleasant thing to be debated on here. Are you really interested in an uncorroborated story of two women fighting in a car park?

Why would solicitors be interested? If it's not true then i doubt that it would cause any uproar. if it is then the solicitors cannot do or say anything especially if there were witnesses. Also, you could argue that there is a public interest naming waring villa players from the 1982 squad, especially on a Villa forum. I understand your site your rules but surely as a journalist you'd be extolling freedom of sppech? If, of course, it doesn't lead to legal issues. Which I can't see this would.

Are you going to fund your solicitor to defend the case? A fair few grand to dig up witnesses from 30 years ago to prove your yarn. Its not my area of expertise either, but if you PM me your address, I will get the retainer drafted for you.
