My mom was a careers officer until she retired. She once went into Smiths Wood School on Chelmsley Wood for a careers day and they had got Lil' Orange to come in as special guest.

He was in the car park posing with his flash car in front of all the arriving teachers when his former PE teacher walked past and said "I can't believe you're driving one of those Hendrie; you were always such a waste of fucking space"

He went to Washwood Heath and Park Hall though, and his PE teacher worshiped the bloody ground he walked on.

in 2005 Gareth Barry walked in the the Bitter End (now the Hairy Lemon) in Sutton Coldfield with some mates for a drink, i was too shocked to think of him in a pub like that. He did not stay that long before leaving.

I watched Villa v Lille in the Intertoto cup. After the match my ex had all the players sign her shirt whilst wearing it....next up was Stefan Postma  and as he signed her top my ex said, "Your hands are massive"...Postma then made the gesture to squeeze her tits and laughed.

Did it lead to your ex being involved in a home movie?

I think that was the start of it

First post.
I was once visting Ikea in Wednesbury, to grab a bite to eat, when walking across the car park, I saw a guy struggling with a huge flat pack.
He was trying  to load this box into a transit van, and his wife was just watching (probably unable to help)There was no way he could manage so I went over to give a hand and when i lifted the other side of the box looked up to see Brian Little!
He was an a Gent and thanked me for my help.
I thanked for the great goals and memories, and of I went.
Couldnt quite beleive I had met him at Ikea!

used to have a beer with Coxy and Sceimca in town the odd sat night , subsequently had a free slap up meal at his parents restaurant .

Been on the lash with Fenton and played football in the park with him ,

Sat in the Norwich end with Trevor Berry and his Mrs after he came with us , for the game we had to win .  we were all having a curry when it was like the wild west on the high st in Yarmouth , the OB wanted to throw us out the curry house and the owner told them to get lost

Had a beer with Andy Townsend , he said his happiest time as a footballer was at Villa .

had dinner with Big Ron .funny funny man who really does love the Villa and his wife is lovely lady.

Ron Saunders walked into the pub up the road from where we lived , I was a complete dribbling mess , eventually I plucked the courage up to speak to him and fluffed my lines completely , he smirked and thanked me .I shuffled off embarrassed

Met George Best returning from a boxing match in Portugal, got the Mrs to go over with my son who was 5 at the time , Besty took them and me to the VIP area had loads of photos and chatted for 20 mins ,  my son had a Villa top on , Besty commented and said a proper club , he loved VP under floodlights and mentioned the Atmosphere in 71.

My mate arrested friends of Shaun Wright Philips.  No idea what for but he said that SWP was always far enough away from the trouble to not get implicated himself but as a gang they were usually up to no good.  He spends a lot of his money making porn movies apparently (not for himself but real ones which get sold/internet).

On the flip side he's also an ambassador for a charity that I've worked for and they cannot speak highly enough about him.

Wasn't it SWP who funded Babe Station or similar for awhile? He had all the best models for a time and supposedly invited other players over to ermm watch the girls work.

A friend of ours knows Scimeca, as their kids go to school together in Kenilworth. She tells me that he's a genuinely lovely bloke.

Park Hall. Yes. My mistake. My mom did tell me that story. maybe it was a teacher in another discipline.

That I wouldn't dispute, but he wasn't a rogue at all, he was a pretty quiet lad.
