Faulkner will probably stay hidden from his bride and then release a statement to her that they are married anyway.
I'm assuming he'll be making a written request to take her up the wrong 'un.

If he's bringing Peter Grant with him (he's be on the nose a bit now, mind) we might be able to get some gigs for Heskey and Beye. Maybe even a six album contract for Petrov.

Anyone who can break John Bonham's nose should have no problem licking Richard Dunne into shape.

Couple of things:

I am hearing on the grapevine that Liverpoool have matched our valuation of Downing so I expect that will happne shortly.

As for Blues and compensation and the potential of buying any players from them - would it not be possible that they owe us money still for the Davies, Gardner signings? Perhaps that might be one way fo keepign things out fo the courts and smoothing things over for Foster to sign?

I've heard Faulkner's marrying his next door neighbour's wife. She's a ginger who ditched the poor chap by email, but she goes down very easily, I'm told.

Found this on The Browns Board.............

Randy Lerner is expected to name a new manager who was allegedly
'tapped up" from Aston Villa's fiercest rivals.

Most of what is in your link is esoteric to what AV fans think about the potential choice of who runs their franchise, which quite frankly, nearly all Browns fans could give a cabbage fart about.
Likewise I suppose most AV fans could give a rat's ass who the HC of the Cleveland Browns is.

The issue is Randy Lerner's ownership/management style. We, here, believe that Randy has finally learned to put real professionals in control of his football team and to get the hell out of the way and just write the checks.
Whether or not he has applied that same lesson learned to his futbol team, we will have to rely on you to give your opinion for that.

The other thing I read out of this is that Lerner may be about to make a move that would be tantamount to Lerner hiring Bill Cowher as the Head Coach of the Browns. Unlike your folks opinion of this "McLeish", we here may have seen the hiring of Cowher with much more approval, since, after all, he played for the Browns and coached for the Browns before being "tapped" by the Pittsburgh Steelers to be their HC. And during Cowher's tenure with the Steelers he always had his team in contention for a title, even winning the Super Bowl once.
A fair analogy?.

That would be true if he was sitting their sucking up the limelight when we signed Darren Bent, but he wasn't.  We could be unveiling Mourinho tomorrow and Randy wouldn't be at the press conference.

The main target for him to Marry will surely be the bride..... but true to form she may no longer be interested therefore he writes to the dad of another woman at the wedding for permission to speak to her.  She declines, as she is 'happy where she is'.  This is where you will be shocked...... he then goes behind the back of his 'fiance' and family and just marrys the brides sister!  This is just NOT the done thing!!!

Compensation?
To have this clown managing us?

It would be the final insult, but wouldn't surprise me from an inept board who have thrown compo at O'Neill and Houllier.

1. cant see us negotiating without a manager after the ireland fiasco.
2. we dont have to pay blues a penny.

A trappist monk with lockjaw talks more than he does.
This is the one time when we could do with a statement and a show of leadership from him.
At the very least some sort of explanation for this fruit loop appointment.

I was looking online last night for the one interview I ever saw Randy given which was prior to him taking over and with a Midlands Today reporter who he must have felt sorry for as she had flown to Cleveland to interivew him. I also found a 40 sec You Tube clip of him being interviewed pitch side at a Browns training camp which again was prior to him taking voer.

There is also an hilarious Browns fans doing an impression of the  Villa fan who makes those songs up and plays the keyboard and posts them to You Tube. Given the current things going on it was interesting that the browns fan was sining about Lerner being useless and having no idea when it cam eot hiring coaches!
