MM now would be a brilliant time to come out with some ray of hope for us all...

Jesus Christ.......you want the man who said that it categorically WASN'T going to be McLeish to come and make you feel better?  You sound like a spurned woman hoping that her cheating husband will give her a second chance.

Is Roy Aitken still with him? The only good thing about him is that he acted like a true professional, despite being quite ill, when we fucked O'Dreary off and he had to stand it to take the pre-season schedule and games, before MON came on board.

He went 10 games without winning at fucking Rangers for fuck sake !

He is beyond useless

I believe he was in charge when Hibs were relegated too.

Not his fault. They were dead and buried before he went there. A more pertinent criticism is that he managed Rangers to third place.

He also walked out at Hibs and Motherwell half way through the season to get another job.

As I said on Twitter, this is like finding out your dad has fucked your girlfriend.

well if nothing else, this made me chuckle tonight.

Is Nigel Spink with him?

Sadly not, Nigel Spink is goalkeeping coach at Sunderland

Just back from watching Jnr play cricket - when I broke the news to him he said
"Dad do I really have to have a season ticket next season ? I don`t want to go if he is going to be our manager"
Wise words from a 10 year old !!
Mind you he did follow it up with... "can I support Liverpool instead?"
"Time for bed son" was my retort !
Mind you he has got a point.
As for me the thought of driving to and from Merseyside every fortnight to watch a team managed by McLeish leaves me feeling hollow to say the least - The £1500 I would save can go towards next years holiday.
Finally if this goes ahead I feel that Lerner is letting us as well as himself down - No wonder he is not very popular with Browns fans.

Dave Watson I think is the keeper coach and is brilliant apparently according to my nose season ticket holding friend. Said both Hart and Foster have come on loads with him

Lock him out in the back garden. Only let him back in when he says sorry.

I had exactly the same conversation with AV82EC Jnr tonight.  He just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and changed the subject.  However, there was a look of hollow disappointment in his eyes.

I renewed last night so we'll just have to see what happens, could be a few long trips up and down the M6 next season.
