Apparently the e mail reportedly says villa feel they can speak to mcleish and pay nothing as he's resigned- this could all turn very nasty .

AMy legal eagles know where we stand on that?

Why are Radio WM being so pro-Eck to Villa? This is ridiculous.

I really don't like the sound of this.  We shouldn't be making any enquiry for him, no matter how low or high up the chain it was made. And Midlands Today just had Paul Franks on from WM and he reckons the majority of Villa fans want McLeish!

I'm on the verge of going into a Holtepaul type rant

Paul Franks, what a prick. So desperate to see McCleish take over at Villa. He's even bullshitted live on Midlands Today saying that most Villa fans ringing in are pro McCleish. An absolute joke.

Long time reader, first time poster.

Has MM hinted whether we are interested in McLeish or not?

I am massively against him. If he played attractive football and signed good players I'd be ok as not really fussed about the Blues link.

Er?

For the first time in a long while Villa fans and Birmingham City fans are united in their disgust?

Can anybody think of a manager who was reviled by 80-90% of supporters when he joined a club?

McLeish would have O’Leary/McNeill status before a ball had been kicked.
