Don't mean to sound pedantic but it is in the 21st century - the first reports of the Bin Laden raid were via twitter.

Who cares whose on holiday where - it is possible to hire a Manager while they were on their holidays, there are countless examples of it, then announce this on their return.

I'd have thought in the world of email, skype, private jets for owners etc is more likely than ever.
