It does seem that there will be some managerial musical chairs this summer. It's a perfect time for someone to resign. Mcleish just wants to be part of it. I don't think it has anything to do with us.

I think it's Moyes to Villa and McLeish to Everton.

I have only post once before on this entire thread, stating we would get Moyes...i hope this McLesih thing is a smokescreen for the above to be true

Yeah we made our neighbours manager resign as a smokescreen. Sorry i just thought this was funny.

i would imagine if everton wanted a manager they would more likely be looking at hughes or o neill rather than coyle or mcleish.

The Sunday Mercury ran a story about the Villa chasing McShit.

Thats enough reassurance for me that it's not going to happen.

I have been told that Mcleish may be going to Bolton after Coyle replaces Moyes at Everton. This is from the Blues end of things. I'm clinging on to that.

An interesting twist on things that I havent heard mentioned yet. And one which could suit both Villa and Everton. Bolton,  not so much.

I've now decided that Grayson is the man to go for. He ticks all the boxes for me, young, talented, successful. Plus the added bonus of being an ex-villa man (however brief his spell). Whether we'll go for him or not is a separate matter though.

I can't see McLeish ticks any of the boxes. So he's pissed off with the Blues, who isn't?

I voted number 1. I didn't realize there are other options I could have gone for.

I'm starting to lose my patience with the board. The way they've allowed our club to be ridiculed across the country and not speak out about it is making the situation worse. Alot of good managers will be put off by this circus.
