.... however if it was mcleish as villa boss he would have my full support.

I have paid for our season tickets and will not be sending them back if Alex McLeish is appointed.

instead of taking notice of fans forums randy should conduct the interviews and choose who he deems best for the job-theres no way of pleasing us all and whoever it is would hopefully get the backing of fans once appointed.

I would go for hughes , even if we have to pay fulham a small fee to approach him now, however if it was mcleish as villa boss he would have my full support.

You had a couple lunchtime pints eastie? Far too may typos for you!
I'd find it difficult to give my support to AM but whether he's manager of Aston Villa or not I'll still be going to VP to watch my team

I would have very serious difficulties getting behind McLeish. He is on a par if not a tad below Steve McClaren in my book. This has got to be just more Jackanory reporting. Hasn't it?

by saying 'on par with' i presume you mean because they are both cup winners here, and both won the league championship with foriegn clubs

or would it be because they are both a couple of tossbaskets ?

"Confirmed it"?

Well, if anyone has the inside track on Villa's manager hunt, it has got to be Mark Bright, of course ...
