i bet MM is well sad he ever used that term 'meltdown'

No mate. He's reliable.  Keeps the fan base a little calmer when we need some gossip to stop us going crazy.  Although, he hasn't actually told us who HE thinks it'll be!!

Martinez…. Anyone see any positives to appointing him considering who’s ‘potentially’ available at the moment? Or put another way, would anyone not be disappointed to hear he’s who we’ve got?

He's just a bit drab really. He has potential but i think most people would assume he'd be brought in to keep us up on a budget really

I've my final exam of year 2 tomorrow, I've not had much chance to check.

No Rafa? Whats happened in the last 3 hours??

Sky say he's not interested as we have no cash.

Our Randy keeps a tight ship doesn't he? How does he do it. Does our General threaten them? The press must hate us.

I give up, I have no idea at all.

rafa has not turned us down, meeting was set for tomorrow for face to face meeting but villa have cancelled and decided to look elsewhere following preliminary discussions through rafa's representatives. Villa's choice not his.

So McClaren and Benitez both had meetings cancelled. Wonder what the board will do instead? Alton Towers I reckon.

Why?  Drayton Manor is right across the road.

Maybe the board aren't into Zoos?

If they were they'd be at SHA...not Villa Park.

Am I the only one who finds the silence from Moyes a little strange this time?
Have we any direct quotes from him this time?

Difficult to believe though. Remember Gary Mac, Houlliers and Auclairs' comments on the high calibre and exciting players we were after this summer. Plus when has Randy never backed his manager.

if you look at some of his older posts,
he fancies Moyes, in a purely football manger way not a homo erotic sort of way obviously

He's in barbados on holiday, hes not being interviewed

the same area as Wayne Rooney, Gary Mcallister and Andy Carroll

let this be the last we hear of his name!

Exciting doesn't mean expensive, but fair point.
